Looking for cottage utility sheds for sale in Texas, or a shed that looks good in a neighborhood backyard? Our Cottage Utility is a compact building with a cottage look, built from 8×12 to 10×24. It fits smaller lots and subdivisions where a big barn would crowd the yard, and it’s a favorite for garden sheds, potting sheds, and she sheds.

Why a Cottage Utility
- A compact footprint: sizes stay at 10 ft wide or less, which suits subdivision lots and tighter side yards.
- A cottage look: add windows, shutters, and a flower box so the building looks like part of the home.
- Easier on local limits: many cities cap the total size of backyard buildings by lot size, and a compact shed leaves room under those caps.
