Shopping for lofted barns for sale in Texas? Our Lofted Barn pairs a classic barn roofline with overhead loft storage, so you get the full floor for equipment and the loft for bins, decorations, and supplies. We build them from 8×12 to 16×40 and deliver from our Corinth sales lot and Corsicana yard.

Why a lofted barn
The loft is the difference. It turns the space above your head into storage, which matters most when the floor is taken up by a mower, tractor, or workbench.
- More storage in the same footprint: handy where a city limits building size.
- A barn look: the gambrel roofline suits ranch land and backyards alike.
- Room for big doors: double doors with transom windows make room for wide equipment.

How owners use lofted barns
- Ranch and farm storage: feed, tack, and tools on acreage around Fairfield, Kerens, Decatur, Mexia.
- Equipment barns: mowers, tillers, and trailers on the floor, seasonal gear above.
- Workshops with storage: a bench under the windows and project supplies in the loft. See our workshops for layout ideas.
- Cabin starts: some owners finish a lofted barn as a cabin or tiny home shell.

Lofted barn or storage shed?
If you want full wall height and a simple roofline, a Utility storage shed may suit you better. Our lofted barn vs. storage shed guide compares the two.

Check local rules first
Many cities, counties, and HOAs have size limits, setbacks, or permit thresholds for backyard buildings, and the rules change from town to town. Check with your city or county before you buy. Our town pages summarize what each city publishes and link to its official office.
