Dealer Lot or Manufacturing Partner? Two Ways to Partner With Us
Compare the two ways to partner with All American Structures in Texas: a dealer or display lot that sells our buildings, or a shop that builds them.

All American Structures is a growing Texas portable building company. We sell storage sheds, lofted barns, cabins and porch models, tiny home shells, workshops, and compact utility buildings from our Corinth sales lot and our Corsicana yard, and we deliver across Texas. As we grow, we’re looking for two kinds of partners. This guide compares them so you can see which fits your business, or whether both do. When you’re ready, our Become a Dealer page has the inquiry form for either role.
Dealer or display lot
A dealer lot displays our buildings and sells them to customers in its area.

- What you’d need: visible space near a road, room for several buildings, and truck access
- Who it often fits: farm, ranch, and feed stores; equipment, trailer, and RV dealers; nurseries and landscape suppliers; commercial lots with highway frontage
- Day to day: walking customers through buildings, answering questions, and helping them choose a size

Manufacturing or assembly partner
A manufacturing partner builds or assembles our structures in its own shop.
- What you’d need: covered shop space, a crew with framing and roofing skills, tools, and room to stage finished buildings
- Who it often fits: shed and portable building builders, framing and carpentry shops, cabinet shops, metal fabricators, and contractors with covered space
- Day to day: building models consistently and getting them ready for pickup or delivery

Can you do both?
Yes. If your business has road frontage and a shop, tell us in your inquiry that you’re interested in both, and we’ll talk through each role with you.
What we’d like to hear about
None of these are required to send an inquiry, but they help:
- Where your property is and how visible it is from the road
- How much space you have for display or building
- Your sales, retail, or construction experience
- Your crew and equipment, if you’re interested in building
How it starts
You send the inquiry, we review your location and experience, and we talk through how a partnership could work, including terms and timing. If it’s a fit for both of us, the partnership is set out in a written agreement. Submitting an inquiry doesn’t create a dealership, franchise, or any other relationship.
Talk to us about a partnership
If you have a lot, a storefront, or a shop anywhere in Texas, tell us about your business on our Become a Dealer page. The inquiry takes a few minutes, and sending it doesn’t commit you to anything. Prefer to talk first? Call our main line at 903-851-3000 or send us a message.
