Questions

Partner questions

What kinds of partners are you looking for?

Two kinds: dealer and display lots that show and sell our buildings to customers, and manufacturing or assembly shops that build them. You can apply for one or both on the same form.

Where in Texas are you looking for partners?

Statewide. We sell today from our Corinth sales lot north of Dallas and our Corsicana yard, and we're looking for partners in every part of Texas.

Do I need to own the property?

No. Property owners, tenants, and businesses still choosing a site can all send an inquiry. The form asks about your situation.

Can I add your buildings to a business I already run?

Yes, tell us about it. Farm and ranch stores, equipment and trailer dealers, nurseries, and other businesses with room to display buildings are all worth a conversation.

How do commissions, inventory, and terms work?

We discuss terms directly with each partner after reviewing the inquiry, because every location is different.

Does sending the form commit me to anything?

No. Submitting an inquiry doesn't create a dealership, franchise, manufacturing agreement, or any other relationship. Every opportunity is reviewed by All American Structures, and any partnership is set out in a written agreement.
